NEW FAMILY FEE
New Families must provide a one-time New Family Fee of $1,000, which is independent of the number of children enrolled. The New Family Fee can be paid with the same options as tuition.
TUITION DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the student's tuition per student is due by February 15, 2026, for returning students and upon enrollment for new students. This deposit is applied to your total balance. If the deposit is not received by February 15, there will be a $400 late re-enrollment fee (not applied to your balance) per student, in addition to the deposit.
TUITION ASSISTANCE
If you would like to apply for tuition assistance through FACTS Tuition Management, the application deadline is April 15. Tuition assistance is available for all grades, with preference given to grades 6-12. Find out more information on our Affording Epiphany page.
ACTIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT
Families of active military personnel are eligible for a 5% discount on tuition only. In addition, the new family fee is waived.
MULTI-STUDENT DISCOUNT
Families with more than one child enrolled are extended discounts as follows:
2 Students: $250
3 Students: $1,000
4 Students: $2,000
These discounts are not per student but rather on the total bill.
FULL PAY DISCOUNT:
Families who select the “Scheduled Full Payment” option in FACTS during February re-enrollment (or initial enrollment) and pay in full by June 1 will receive a 2% discount on tuition.
**Discounts are limited to two per family, but will be the two that provide the most benefit to the family.
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Tuition is billed through a third party, FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS provides flexible payment plan options to families through a convenient online format. The payment options are as follows:
1. Pay in full by June 1st and receive a 2% discount on tuition only.
2. Split tuition into 2 equal payments, due June 1st and January 1st.
3. Pay monthly over a 10-month period (June through April. February is skipped for the re-enrollment deposit.) *There is an additional $200 processing fee charged by FACTS for the monthly payment option ($20/month).
DRESS
Students are required to purchase their own Epiphany attire. Review the dress code in the appropriate division's student handbooks before purchasing clothing items. Dress code varies according to grade.

LUNCH
Students have the option to either bring a healthy lunch from home or purchase a lunch at school through our dining services.
